All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Platform and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services, including Queensland Rail data feeds. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Missed trains or appointments due to inaccurate information
- Loss of data or service interruptions
- Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platform and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
